Implementing the program takes 10 training days, during which the concept of institutional development is introduced and the stages of the continuous development process are reviewed, starting with monitoring institutional gaps that affect the organization’s performance, proposing interventions, planning the development process, measuring returns, and learning about the European model of institutional excellence and institutional quality standards, all in light of integrating the foundations and principles of good internal governance, and the requirements of institutional sustainability.

The program is implemented in an interactive educational environment and an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge, emphasize best institutional practices, and encourage them to build institutional models based on concepts and applications of sustainable development in the field of institutional development.
