It is worth noting that this certificate comes within the interest of the Arab Center for the Sustainability of Civil Work in integrating the quality system into NGOs in order to achieve institutional sustainability and achieve the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in implementing Its programs and projects. The certificate also seeks to raise the level of accountability and transparency in civil society organizations and respect for the principles of good governance.

The process of granting accreditation includes several stages, starting with submitting the accreditation application and submitting the required documents, then conducting a comprehensive institutional assessment of the organization’s performance and its compliance with the quality standards specified for this certificate, including internal review, field visits, and review of documents The documents are shared with the evaluation team, then the certificate is granted to the organization that passes these stages in accordance with the guideline

In light of the Misr El Kheir Foundation's efforts to encourage Egyptian NGOs to enhance transparency and quality in their performance, the Foundation will bear the cost of the procedures for issuing this certificate to organizations that fully pass the accreditation standards in the first year.

We call on all Egyptian NGOs wishing to obtain a Certificate of Institutional Commitment to submit their applications no later than August 30, 2023, where a specialized committee will study the applications and conduct Evaluation and auditing processes through carrying out field visits to ensure that the applying organization conforms to the specified standards for institutional commitment.
