"Esel Agreeer" service is one of the free services provided by the Unit for Building the Civil Organizations Capacity, this service aims to support the efforts of Arab civil action and contribute to reducing the size of the challenges that it may face at the institutional level or at the level of its management of programs and community activities in order to work to improve its development practice that it undertakes within Society. By providing an opportunity for those in charge of communicating with experts and consultants to obtain free technical advice in the following fields:

financial consultations.

administrative consultations.

economic empowerment.

environment improvement.

health care.

Education Development.

Cultural Development and Arts.

And many other administrative and high fields

This service also enables experts and consultants specializing in the fields of development work at the Arab level to play their role and social responsibilities towards the development of Arab local communities by allocating a part of their time voluntarily.
