The main objectives of the program:

Sub-objectives of the program:

By the end of this training course, the participants have the ability to:-

1- Explanation of the dimensions of sustainable development and the role of civil organizations

2- Definition of green civil organizations

3- Explanation of the importance of the transformation of civil organizations into green organizations

4- Describing what the organization is and determining its basic elements • Explanation of the distinctive characteristics of an non-governmental organization as a specific form of social organization

5- Understanding the relationship between the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and its institutional capabilities

6- Description of the entrance to the system for analyzing the institutional capabilities of civil organizations with their elements

7- Control the institutional practices of the transformation of civil organizations of green organizations

8- Control community practices for the transformation of civil organizations of green organizations

9- Explanation of the stages of the growth of civil organizations

10- Knowing the entrances, strategies and stages of institutional development of green civil organizations

11- Description of the comprehensive quality process, its goals and the requirements for applying quality within green private organizations

12- Determining the continuous improvement stages of green civil organizations

13- Al-Maamam with the code of the professional behavior of Egyptian societies and institutions, the climate work charter and how they are applied within green eligibility organizations.

14- Explanation of the concept of leadership, its types and sources of influence

15- Learn about the methods of managing organizational change, the concept of resisting change, its causes, and methods of resisting organizational change.

• First unit: Introduction to sustainable development and green recovery for societies
• The second unit: Introduction to civil organizations and its role in achieving sustainable development and green recovery.
• The third unit: analysis of the institutional capabilities of civil organizations.
• Fourth Unit: Modern directions in building institutional development and controlling societal practices for civil organizations
• Fifth Unit: The role of governance of civil organizations in the transformation of green organizations.
• The sixth unit: a standard system for ensuring and adopting green civil organizations
• The seventh unit: Change Management.

At the end of the training program, each participant submits a graduation project in which it highlights the applications and skills that he acquired during the training, which is one of the requirements for obtaining a training leave
