Introduction to the Training Program
In light of the responsibility that the Misr Al -Khair Foundation attaches towards civil organizations to maximize its role by contributing to achieving the goals of sustainable development 2030. The Misr Al -Khair Foundation has launched a grant provided for workers in civil organizations in developing and managing financial resources in civil organizations by adopting and managing the College of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University and with financial support From the Misr Al -Khair Foundation. Where the program represents an intertwined study between the science of public administration and management sciences from financing, marketing and evaluation of projects, preparing economic feasibility studies, and financial resource development science, which includes the science of fundraising and commercial mechanisms aimed at profit for the purpose of re -investing the profits achieved for the community and modern technology sciences, which I am concerned with academics and government workers, and the field of unhappy organizations, The international, regional and Arab donor and regional institutions, programs, donor and companies with social responsibility in Egypt, the Arab world and Africa.

Program Objectives
The main objectives of the program:
1- Providing students with knowledge and scientific tools that enable them to achieve financial sustainability for the various state institutions, whether in Egypt, or in any other country; This is with the aim of improving the various sectors of the state and upgrading their quality.
-2 Creating an effective interdependence between students from the relevant specializations, so that they constitute a force for improving the various sectors of the state and overcoming the problems they face.
3 Assisting decision makers in public institutions, international and regional funds, donor and civil society institutions, and private sector companies with social responsibility to deal with the challenges they face in the field of self -development development and achieving financial sustainability, by providing them with appropriate frameworks for studying, evaluating and participating in design Implementing and evaluating programs and tools in this field.
