Introduction to the Training Program
This training program (Development Trainer License) was designed to be the compass and guide for all development workers in the Arab world who wish to enter the world of training and human development in a professional manner. This program addresses five basic aspects. The first aspect is basic concepts, learning theories, and recognizing human types. The second aspect comes to talking about the coach, his functions, characteristics, principles, and ethics that he must possess, and from there we go to the third aspect, where we discuss the training life cycle, including needs assessment. Training and formulating training objectives, leading to the design of training packages. This takes us to the fourth aspect, which is the trainer’s tools, including methods, strategies, and methods of training, and the importance of these methods, such as training aids and how to use them and manufacture them, into a distinct and important group of training skills and applications, until we reach the fifth aspect, which is related to digital and online training and management. Training and evaluation of the training process.

The main objectives of the program:
Qualifying Arab cadres in the field of designing and managing the training process related to development topics in a professional and professional manner.
Sub-objectives of the program:
By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:
• Explaining the concept of training, its objectives and basic principles
• Using different learning theories in the training process
• Knowing the different styles of participants and dealing with each style efficiently
• Personality analysis using a set of tests
• Estimating training needs, the training gap, and the appropriate type of training
• Practice different training methods
• Mastering the use of various training methods and aids
• Preparing an integrated training package
• Commitment to the values and ethics of a professional coach
• Use body language skillfully
• Manage training sessions and workshops efficiently
• Mastering presentation and delivery skills
• Practicing many of the skills of a professional trainer
• Plan, organize and manage training efficiently
• Effectively manage the evaluation of training programs

Unit Three: Trainer skills.
Unit Four: Training Management
Unit Five: Training tools.
At the end of the training program, each participant submits a graduation project highlighting the applications and skills he acquired during the training, which is one of the requirements for obtaining a training license.
Certificate
To obtain a graduation certificate from the program, you must:
1. Commitment to attending no less than 75% of the actual training days.
2. Commitment to the program’s assignments and application papers.
3. Commitment to completing the final graduation project.
The program certificate is accredited by the Misr Al-Khair Foundation and several specialized international and local organizations.
