Introduction to the Training Program
This training program (Development Trainer License) was designed to be the compass and directed to all those who wish to develop development in the Arab world to enter the world of training and human development professionally as this program deals with five basic aspects, the first aspect is basic concepts and theories of learning and identifying human patterns The second side comes to talk about the coach, a job, statistics, principles, and ethics that he must have, and from him we go to The third aspect, where we discuss the training course for the assessment of training needs and the formulation of training goals to the design of training bags, and this takes us to the fourth side, which is the trainer's tools from the methods, strategies and methods To reach the fifth side, which relates to digital and online training, training management and evaluation of the training process.

Workers in the field of development of societies in the Arab world and have previous experiences in the field of training

Program Objectives
The main objectives of the program:
Rehabilitation of Arab cadres in the field of designing and managing the training process related to the topics of development in a manner that is professional and professional.
Sub-objectives of the program:
By the end of this training course, the participants have the ability to:-
• Explain the concept of training, its goals and basic principles
• Using different learning theories in the training process
• Knowing the different patterns of the participants and dealing with each style efficiently
• Personal analysis using a set of tests
• Estimating the training needs, training gap and the appropriate training type
• Exercise of various training methods
• Mastering the use of various training means and aids
• Preparing an integrated training bag
• Commitment to the values and ethics of the professional coach
• Using body language skillfully
• Managing training sessions and workshops efficiently
• Mastering display and presentation skills
• Practicing many professional coach skills
• Planning, organizing and training training efficiently
• Effectively evaluating training programs
Training units
First unit: learning concepts and theories.
The second unit: Who is the coach?
The third unit: the skills of the coach.
Fourth Unit: Training Department
Fifth Unit: Training tools.
At the end of the training program, each participant submits a graduation project in which it highlights the applications and skills that he acquired during the training, which is one of the requirements for obtaining the training vacation.
Certificate
To obtain a graduation certificate from the program must:
1. Commitment to attend at least 75% of the actual days of training.
2. Commitment to assignments and applied papers for the program.
3. Commitment to the completion of the final graduation project.
The program certificate is accredited by the Misr Al -Khair Foundation and several specialized international and local organizations.
