We invite you to participate in the monthly discussion panel of “Egypt Vision 2030 Corridor” titled “Climate change strategies and international efforts to achieve carbon neutrality”
Hosted by Professor Dr. Samir Tantawi... United Nations Climate Change Consultant and Director of the Fourth National Reporting Project for Egypt
The panel discussion will address many important points about:
Climate changes, causes and effects
The International Agency's plan for carbon neutrality
Carbon markets, certificates and green bonds
The role of civil society in confronting climate change
The seminar will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022
The duration of the episode is 3 hours, starting from five in the evening until eight in the evening, via Zoom
It is worth noting that “Egypt Vision 2030 Corridor” is a virtual interactive dialogue forum that brings together experts specialized in the field of various development issues and individuals active in the field of local community development, such as workers in civil society organizations, social entrepreneurs, media professionals, and researchers in the field of development.
The corridor aims to spread awareness and knowledge of priority development issues within society, their various dimensions and their relationship to sustainable development, as well as highlighting the development efforts undertaken by various parties within society.
