The campaign aims to support the expected role of Arab civil society organizations in confronting the repercussions of climate change within their national framework.

What we have in our hands is a proposed draft document for a climate action charter for Arab civil society organizations, one of the products of that campaign. The charter includes a system of main rules and principles that can govern future paths of action for us as Arab civil society organizations in supporting issues of sustainable development in general. And climate action in particular, in a way that ensures that our future plans take into account this crucial issue without regard to our priority field of work and practices and taking into account the nature of each civil society organization.
