The program unifies the concept of quality care among child care providers to ensure the protection and upbringing of the child in a scientific manner because the reality is that there is frequent turnover of caregivers in early childhood in Shelter institutions affect children's development due to the lack of professional qualifications for current cadres and poor professional conditions in terms of wages, career progression, and society's outlook.
Under the context of a project to develop the profession of child care provider in Egyptian society and prepare qualified cadres in the alternative care system, the Aman Center has provided the first Applied professional study specialized in child care, “Professional Certificate Specialized in Promoting Children’s Development,” formerly known as (Edexcel BTEC Advanced Certificate in Promoting children's development - level three), which achieves the development of thought, knowledge, skills and behaviors of caregivers, and a decent life for children outside parental care
The professional project focuses on providing specialized and intensive study over a period of 10 months in Promoting child development, identifying, understanding, and analyzing the child’s different stages of development (mental, psychological, motor, scientific, and social) from birth until the age of 18 years, while creating a supportive environment for the child..< /p>
Acquires The trainee has applied skills and the ability to use mechanisms and techniques related to scientific observation through the implementation of an extended longitudinal study on a child. The impact of the program is due to developing and promoting the profession of child care provider, setting a career path, and creating job opportunities in general for a job that is of utmost importance in Egypt.
