The process of vocational rehabilitation for persons with disabilities is an urgent necessity and an essential completion of the education and training processes, so that they acquire the training skills necessary for them to obtain job opportunities and succeed in them. This process begins with assessing the capabilities of the disabled person to determine his strengths and weaknesses and investing in the capabilities available to him in the training process and then directing him towards the profession that suits him.
The “My Opportunity to Rehabilitate and Employ Persons with Disabilities” project is based on establishing protected workshops for vocational rehabilitation and protected employment for persons with disabilities with 5 civil associations as partners of the association, which are associations working in the field of education, rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities. These associations are located in pivotal governorates that are geographically contiguous with a number of governorates. The other, to serve as a shining beacon for three associations in the governorates. These workshops will be managed by partner associations, and will play multiple roles, including:
- Training people with disabilities on vocational rehabilitation skills,
- Training specialists on vocational rehabilitation skills for people with disabilities,
- Providing a protected and sustainable work environment for people with disabilities.

- Persons with disabilities who are capable of employment and protected employment
- Parents of students with disabilities
- Specialists in bodies working to train, qualify and employ people with disabilities
