The project works to confront the problem of poverty and unemployment that the Fayoum community suffers from, as this problem represents a major obstacle to achieving sustainable development and economic growth, and thus this leads to political and social instability, especially at the level of marginalized groups who are The most important of them is the category of poor and dependent women, as the reports of the Central Agency for Statistics Mobilization revealed unemployment rates in Fayoum Governorate, which amounted to 12.2% of the total unemployment rate in all governorates, with 7.5% for males. And 29.7% for females.

The basic idea of ​​the project was to move and transform the poorest families from the stage of need Or the lack of a stage of production and self-sufficiency, and thus economic empowerment for these families..

The association provides financial assistance annually to 1,200 of the poorest families in Fayoum Governorate, and from here the idea of ​​selecting a group of members of this group began. Families with specific standards and their professional qualification in the field of detailing and production of ready-made clothes as a start for micro-projects to improve their standard of living. The project began by establishing a unit equipped for training in detail with self-efforts and donations (place + machines and devices) and beginning to select and train the targeted beneficiaries of the association’s aid program. In coordination with the Kuwaiti office, training was conducted. The first group of 50 trainees and 40 machines were distributed to those who excelled in training as the beginning of a micro-project..

In January 2020, the project idea was transformed from just a training unit to a unit for training and producing ready-made garments of all types and sizes with the highest quality and lowest price, and the reasons for this transformation were as follows :
