The Partnership Model Project to enhance access to and benefit from quality services for prevention and treatment by the most vulnerable groups and those living with the virus that causes AIDS works on a set of axes that enhance the prevention of HIV disease and build the capabilities of health service providers. These components are as follows:
The first component
Enhancing the technical capabilities of health care providers to understand the needs of vulnerable populations:
- Technical training for healthcare service providers in Alexandria.
- Basic training on stigma and discrimination for medical staff.
- Refresher training for doctors dealing with and studying the needs of people living with HIVHIV
- Invigorating training on stigma and discrimination for medical administrative staff.
The second component:
Creating a referral system between health service providers and associations working in the field.
- Meetings with leaders of the Ministry of Health to activate referral systems.
- Meetings and training with those dealing with the category, including doctors, nurses, and others.
- Training on the referral system for people cohabiting and exposed with medical staff.
The third component:
Increasing the technical capacity of NGOs to effectively reach key stakeholders through education and prevention tools as well as mainstreaming HIV within the broader human rights and development framework:
- Building the capabilities of non-governmental organizations to create protection programs for the most vulnerable groups.
- Trainings for organizations and representatives of the most vulnerable groups and those living together on monitoring and documentation skills.
The fourth component :
Raising the awareness of people living together about therapeutic culture:
- Capacity building training for networks of people living together and their representatives to enhance leadership skills and leadership among groups.
- Health education sessions for people living together.
- Establishing an observatory to document various forms of violence and discrimination against VP and PLHIV.
The direct target group of the project:
The project targets: cohabitants and those who are In the danger zone, in addition to the medical staff dealing with them
People living with HIV.

Addicts By injection.
