Egypt faces a real challenge from the shortage of doctors and supporting bodies. There are doctors for 2000 citizens, and while more than two million are born annually, they are exposed to malnutrition and health and psychological problems such as stunting 21%, obesity 17%, anemia 27%, and cesarean section 63 In addition to the presence of many young people without work, as unemployment in Egypt reached 10.76% - 2019, and for females 22.15%. Therefore, the family counseling staff trained in transformative training was the magic solution to these problems to prepare young people for marriage and parenthood, as well as raising awareness of the rights of children to equal care in early childhood, especially the 1,000 golden days, as well as the importance of the mother’s readiness when seeking to have children for a year before pregnancy, and therefore the spacing of 4-5 years becomes an inherent right for every child. Empowering women economically and culturally through partnerships is a very important role. In view of the catastrophic increase in caesarean section births, the role of the doula was one of the most important roles to persuade and help women to give birth naturally and breastfeed, in addition to the role of midwives, whom the association works to train to solve the problem of unnecessary caesarean sections.
