The association, in line with the state policy of caring for patients with kidney failure and reducing the waiting list, has established two dialysis units with a total of 40 dialysis machines accommodating 80 patients daily in two sessions, each session 4 hours, and work begins at 4 a.m. due to the attendance of patients from centers far from the governorate. This requires easy transportation back and forth, and insurance has been contracted. Health services for pension patients, employees, students, and the Ministry of Health to treat a patient at state expense. The association also provides financial and in-kind care for the patient’s families and health follow-up for the patients’ families even after death.

The possibility of washing 94 patients 3 days a week for 4 hours per wash, with a maximum of 13 sessions per month, equivalent to 1,300 sessions per month, equivalent to 15,000 sessions per year.
